FAQ'S ABOUT CLADDING

It is impossible to give exact prices as all houses vary (size of house, number of windows & doors, wall height, slope of land etc), however we would be happy to arrange an obligation (and pressure free) measure and quote to enable us to give you a detailed cost analysis.

Most surfaces.  We can clad directly over existing surfaces (within building code and WorkSafe restrictions), or we can strip off the existing cladding (vinyl, timber, aluminium etc) and reclad.

We can safely remove and dispose of asbestos products in keeping with WorkCover guidelines or can recommend a specialist asbestos removal service where required.

On average it takes between 2-5 days to clad a whole house, but this can vary depending on the scope of the work and factors such as height and sloping blocks.

Usually, the person who quotes on your property will be the person who does the installation, so they will know exactly what you require and they will be your single point of contact to ensure that you are satisfied with the job before, during and after it is completed.

Not at all, work on your house can be completed with minimum disruption. We only require access to a powerpoint.

The following payment options are accepted – Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Eftpos, Direct bank transfer & Money order.

First payment is due on delivery of the material with final payment due on completion of all work.  All payments are shown in your contract. If it is a large job there may be a progress payment (if so it will be listed on your contract).

Like everything, the price of cladding increases each year, as does the cost of labour, so avoid rising costs and clad your home now, increasing the value of your home, improving the appearance and reducing your maintenance, giving you time to do the things that you want to do.

There is a lifetime transferable Manufacturer warranty on vinyl cladding.

No product is 100% maintenance free, your cladding will require an occasional wash to remove built up dust and grime. For any stubborn marks use the “caring-for-your-vinyl-cladding” guide.

Depending on the cladding you choose (a range of 15mm, 20mm or 30mm polystyrene foam is available), your home will benefit from increased insulation and the range of temperature variation inside the can be greatly reduced, making it cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
